Thousand streams will make a mighty river

Thousand streams will make a mighty riverTreat others as colleagues, not as competitors. Competition can be an incentive to self-improvement, but it takes cooperation to build a civilization. When people work together, they benefit everyone. A thousand streams, meeting, become a mighty river.
Laugh heartily- that is to say, from your heart- at least three times today.
Try to understand points of view that you don’t hold. The mind, like the body, must be stretched to keep it limber. Otherwise, it will ossify.

When dealing with others, seek solutions that will benefit both of you. You’ll find them too, then, inclined to be more generous.

Seven Powerful elements of Leadership

Leadership

”A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go, but ought to be.” ~ Rosalynn Carter

Leadership

The seven elements of leadership:

1. Leaders challenge the status quo.
2. Leaders create a culture around their goal and involve others in that culture.
3. Leaders have an extraordinary amount of curiosity about the world they're trying to change.
4. Leaders use charisma (in a variety of forms) to attract and motivate followers.
5. Leaders communicate their vision of the future.
6. Leaders commit to a vision and make decisions based on that commitment.
7. Leaders connect their followers to one another.
