Antioxidant Rich Foods
  • Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, açai berries, pomegranate
  • Nuts, seeds, nut butter
Yummy Food for kids:
  1. Trail mix with dried berries
  2. Yogurt smoothies with fruit
  3. Real peanut butter or almond butter and low sugar or homemade jam sandwiches
  4. Sliced fresh fruit on a nut butter sandwich
Omega-3 Rich Foods
  • Salmon
  • Shrimp
