10 Kinds of Kissing- Know before you Kiss

There are so many kinds of kisses to make share our love to our beloved.

Below you will find a variety of kiss types.
If you find some that catch your fancy, feel free to try them :-)

Butterfly Kiss - With your faces less than a breath away, open and close your eyelids against your partners. If done correctly, the fluttering sensation will match the one in your heart.

Cheek Kiss - A friendly, "I really like you" kiss. Often the preferred kissing method of a first date. With your hands on your partner's shoulders, gently brush your lips across her cheek.

Earlobe Kiss - Gently sip and suck the earlobe. Avoid louder sucking noises as ears are sensitized noise detectors.

Eskimo Kiss - With your faces less than a breath apart, gently rub your noses together.

Eye Kiss - Hold your partner's head with both hands and slowly move their head in the direction you wish your kiss to go... then slowly kiss up towards your partner's eyes and give them a tender kiss on top of their closed eyes.

Eyelid Kiss - While your partner is resting/sleeping with eyes closed, very very gently kiss the spot right below their browbone. A very intimate kiss.

Finger Kiss - While laying together gently suck on their fingers. This can be very seductive and pleasurable.

Foot Kiss - An erotic and romantic gesture. It may tickle, but relax and enjoy it! To give a toe kiss by gently suck the toes and then lightly kissing the foot. It helps to gently massage the base of the foot while performing the kiss.

Forehead Kiss - The "motherly" kiss or "just friends" kiss. The forehead kiss can be a comforting kiss to anyone. Simply brush your lips lightly across the crown of their head.

Freeze Kiss (or Melt Kiss) - Experiment with this fun kiss. Put a small piece of ice in your mouth, then open mouth and kiss your partner, passing them the ice with your tongue. It's an erotic and sensual french kiss with a twist of cold.

French Kiss - The kiss involving the tongue. Some call this the "Soul Kiss" because the life and soul are thought to pass through the mouth's breath in the exchange across tongues. Surprisingly, the French call this "The English Kiss".

Fruity Kiss - Take a small piece of fruit and place between your lips (juicy fruits such as grapes, strawberries, small pieces of pineapple or mango are ideal). Kiss your partner and nibble one half of the piece of fruit while they nibble the other until it breaks in half, allowing the juice to run into your mouths.

Hand Kiss - Gently raise her hand to your lips. Lightly brush your lips across the top of her hand.
 Historically this kiss was performed with a bow, which showed deference to a lady.

Hot and Cold Kiss - Lick your partner's lips so that they're warm, and then gently blow on them. The sudden cold blast makes for a sensual explosion, and they will often try it on you next, as well as get very passionate.

12 DIET Rules - Everyone Must Follow

Eat Fresh Vegatables and fruits.

Over eating leads to obesity.

  1.  Eat only when hungry.
  2.  Do not overeat
  3. Do not eat when in pain or emotionally upset
  4. Chew each mouth full 20 times before swallowing
  5. Limited amount of processed starches (especially with bad teeth).
  6. Do not drink (or eat) cold substances.
  7. Do not drink (or eat) extremly hot substances.
  8. Do not eat when tired or immediate after hard work.
  9. Eat at least one fresh fruit and one fresh vegetable daily.
  10. Do not use cereals with milk, sugar or from a package.
  11. Do not eat a meal for a truck driver if you are a stenographer.
  12. Eat more raw, FRESH foods and less cooked (dead) foods.
Do not eat anything when you are emotionally upset. 

Eat only when hungry.

Water cures 11-FREE Medicine For All

Cure # 1: Water prevents and cures heartburn.
Heartburn is a signal of water shortage in the upper part of the gastrointestinal tract. It is a
major thirst signal of the human body. The use of antacids or tablet medications in the
treatment of this pain does not correct dehydration, and the body continues to suffer as a
result of its water shortage.

Tragedy: Not recognizing heartburn as a sign of dehydration and treating it with antacids and
pill medications will, in time, produce inflammation of the stomach and duodenum, hiatal

Rheumatoid joint pain - arthritis - is a signal of water shortage in the painful joint. It can

Cure # 3: Water prevents and cures back pain.
Low back pain and ankylosing arthritis of the spine are signs of water shortage in the spinal

Tragedy: Not recognizing arthritis and low back pain as signs of dehydration in the joint

of the limbs. Pain medications have their own life-threatening complications.

Heart pain - angina - is a sign of water shortage in the heart/lung axis. It should be treated
with increased water intake until the patient is free of pain and independent of medications.
Medical supervision is prudent. However, increased water intake is angina's cure.

Migraine headache is a sign of water need by the brain and the eyes. It will totally clear up if
dehydration is prevented from establishing in the body. The type of dehydration that causes

Hypertension is a state of adaptation of the body to a generalized drought, when there is not
enough water to fill all the blood vessels that diffuse water into vital cells. As part of the
mechanism of reverse osmosis, when water from the blood serum is filtered and injected into
important cells through minute holes in their membranes, extra pressure is needed for the
"injection process." Just as we inject I.V. "water" in hospitals, so the body injects water into

human body, and treating it with diuretics that further dehydrate the body will, in time, cause

heart attacks and small or massive strokes that paralyze. It will eventually cause kidney
disease. It will cause brain damage and neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease.

Cure # 9: Water prevents and cures early adult-onset diabetes.
Adult-onset diabetes is another adaptive state to severe dehydration of the human body. To
have adequate water in circulation and for the brain's priority water needs, the release of
insulin is inhibited to prevent insulin from pushing water into all body cells. In diabetes, only
some cells get survival rations of water. Water and some salt will reverse adult-onset diabetes
in its early stages.

Tragedy: Not recognizing adult-onset diabetes as a complication of dehydration will, in time,
cause massive damage to the blood vessels all over the body. It will cause eventual loss of the

High cholesterol levels are an indicator of early drought management by the body. Cholesterol

A Small Pathetic Love Story

A girl and guy were speeding over 100 mph on a motorcycle
Girl: Slow down. Im scared.

In the paper the next day: A motorcycle had crashed into a building because of break failure. Two people were on the motorcycle, but only one survived.

The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his breaks broke, but he didn't want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him, felt her hug one last time, then had her wear his helmet so she would live even though it meant he would die.

5 Tips To Lower Risk Of Kidney Stones. There are 250, 000 and 750,000 American affected by kidney stones every year in America. Kidney stones usually occur four times more often in men than in women. Approximately 80% of kidney stones formed are composed of calcium oxalate, and calcium phosphate. The other 20% is made up of uric acid, struvite, or cystine.Kidney stones usually occur because the intestines absorb too much calcium, you consume a huge amount of calcium, a urinary tract infection, or because of a genetic disorder

First of all, the diet should be based on fruit, vegetables, complex carbohydrates, and whole grains. Eat more foods that contain fiber. Cut down on oxalate-containing foods such as spinach, rhubarb, beets, nuts, chocolate, black tea, wheat bran,  strawberries, and beans. Eat foods that are rich in magnesium and low in calcium, such as barley, bran, rye, corn, oats, brown rice,potatoes, avocados, and bananas. Meat, cheese, and salt should be kept to a minimum amount. Also reduce your intake of sugar, refined foods, caffeine, and alcohol. In the past years there has been a huge debate over whether a person inclined to get kidney stones should refrain from foods containing calcium. Most doctors agree now that a moderate amount is fine in most cases. It was discovered that calcium restriction caused excess oxalate absorption, which is one of the substances that cause kidney stones.

Tip #2
Exercise. Weight bearing exercise helps to store calcium in the bones where it belongs instead of in the urine. However, always take care to exercise in moderation since over exertion can lead to dehydration, or lactic acidosis which are both factors in kidney stone formation.

On Mothers Day -Short Story

A man stopped at a flower shop to order some flowers to be wired to his mother who lived two hundred miles away. As he got out of his car he noticed a young girl sitting on the curb sobbing. He asked her what was wrong and she replied, "I wanted to buy a red rose for my mother. But I only have seventy-five cents, and a rose costs two dollars." The man smiled and said, "Come on in with me. I'll buy you a rose."

 He bought the little girl her rose and ordered his own mother's flowers. As they were leaving he offered the girl a ride home. She said, "Yes, please! You can take me to my mother." She directed him to a cemetery, where she placed the rose on a freshly dug grave. The man returned to the flower shop, canceled the wire order, picked up a bouquet and drove the two hundred miles to his mother's house.
