Change your Life Style as Follows..

Avoid smoking

Smoking reduces life expectancy by 15-25 years. If you are a smoker, you are twice more likely to have a heart attack than a non-smoker. The moment you stop smoking, the risk of heart attack begins to reduce.

Cut down on salt

Too much salt can cause high blood pressure, which increases the risk of developing coronary heart disease.

Watch your diet

Try to have a balanced diet. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, starch foods such as wholegrain bread and rice.

Monitor your alcohol

Too much alcohol can damage the heart muscle, increase blood pressure and also lead to weight gain. Avoid intake of alcohol or at least limit it to one to two units a day, gradually decreasing the consumption.

Get active

At least aim for 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day. Keeping yourself fit not only benefits the heart but also improves mental health and well-being.

Monitor your BP, blood sugar and cholesterol levels

Routine medical check-ups will ring an alarm, if you need medical help.

Manage your waist

Cholesterol deposition in blood vessels begins in the first decade of life. Carrying a lot of extra weight as fat can greatly affect your health. Make small but healthy changes in your diet.

Manage your stress level

If you find things are getting on top of you, you may fail to eat properly, smoke and drink too much. This may increase your risk of a heart attack. Practice yoga/meditation. Take a vacation.

Check your family history

If a close relative is at risk of developing coronary heart disease from smoking, high BP, high cholesterol, lack of physical activity, obesity and diabetes, then you could be at risk too.

Laughter is the best therapy

Laughter anytime will work wonders for you. It is an instant way to unleash the pressure and it makes you feel light.

Write Hurts ON SAND- Carve Good ON STONE

A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face. The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand:

"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE."

They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one, who had been slapped, got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After the friend recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone:

"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE."

The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, "After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?"

The other friend replied: "When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it."

LEARN TO WRITE YOUR HURTS ON THE SAND, AND TO CARVE YOUR BENEFITS ON STONE

Worlds Most Dangerous Zoo Photos With Lion

A controversial zoo in Argentina allows tourists to have extremely close encounters with some of the most dangerous predators in the world.

At the Lujan Zoo near Buenos Aires visitors can ride lions, cuddle bears, stroke tigers and feed cheetahs. Cages are accessible to everyone who has paid the $50 and signed the paper saying that if you are eaten, the Zoo is not responsible!!
You read that correctly. If you are eaten, the Zoo is not responsible!! Children are allowed inside Lion cages. I will repeat that. Children are allowed inside Lion cages...!! Is this some kind of joke? It has to be right?
I mean are the animals drugged? If someone isn’t eaten or injured at least once a day I’d be shocked.

Respect Relations - One Day it SAVES YOU

I really wonder why people suddenly change after they get
what they wanted. one day they are sweet, the next day, they are not.
one day they are here, the next day they are not .

one day you are important to them, the next day you are worthless
one day they say they love you, the next day they don't care about you.

That's how ironic things and people can be. Life is not permanent.
People are not permanent . Only the acts how you behave with them, how you make them happy . This will last long. So think before what you are  and where you are?

Top 10 ways to SAVE WATER FOR THE WORLD

The average person in the India uses around 150 litres of water every day in the home, with one-third of that flushed straight down the toilet and a lot more wasted. Here are some hints and tips that should help you to save water:

1. Put a brick, a bottle filled with sand, or a Hippo / Bog-Hog bag into your toilet cistern. This reduces the amount of water you flush down the toilet.

2. Don't use a hose pipe to wash the car. Use a bucket and sponge.

3. Water plants and the lawn in the evening so that the water has a chance to soak in overnight. If you water in the day time, most of the water will evaporate before it has done any good. Water you've used to boil vegetables can be used to water plants.

4. Take a shower instead of a bath and you will use half as much water.

5. Don't leave the tap running while you clean your teeth or shave. If you leave the tap running you could be wasting up to 10 litres per minute.

6. Only run your washing machine and dishwasher when you have a full load.

7. Repair dripping taps. One drop per second is a waste of up to 3000 gallons per year.

8. Store tap water in a bottle in the fridge rather than running the water every time you want a cold drink.

9. Collect rainwater in a water butt and use it for watering the garden.

10. Lift the blade on your lawnmower so that the grass is cut an inch or two longer so that its roots are shaded and retain water.
